3. Presence of Delivery
Principle: A masterful delivery depends on your ability to connect with each individual in the audience.
Focus: Participants learn and practice delivery techniques including how to use:
- Volume, pitch, tempo and tone
- Stance, movement, and gestures
- Visuals, including PowerPoint
- Eye contact to make every presentation feel like a one-on-one conversation
- Excellent delivery to make a knock-out presentation even when you are not in the room
